In 2020, I mentored the Mighty Jaxx product team as part of the Ubisoft Entrepreneurs Lab program, collaborating on the design of an innovative toy authentication feature integrated into the Mighty Jaxx mobile app.
The feature utilized NFC and blockchain technology to allow users to verify the authenticity and ownership of collectible products through a seamless mobile experience. My involvement focused on UX strategy, onboarding flows, interaction patterns, and feature usability, helping translate emerging technologies into intuitive and trustworthy consumer-facing experiences. I worked closely with product and development teams to balance technical constraints with usability, discoverability, and engagement, ensuring the feature felt accessible and meaningful to collectors.
